The fight over IVF continues, after the decision in Alabama a few weeks ago leaves access to the procedure in jeopardy.
Last week, U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth filed a bill in the US Senate that would have established federal protections for IVF that would override any state policy that attempted to curb it.
Republicans blocked this bill.
Recent polling has found that 85% of Americans support increasing access to fertility-related services and procedures. In scuttling the vote on Sen. Duckworth’s bill, Republicans have clearly made their priorities known: they don’t care about American families as long as their extremist agenda is upheld.
We want to show them how wrong and unpopular their rhetoric is. Add your name as a citizen co-sponsor of Sen. Duckworth’s bill to support IVF →
