With the recent events in the Middle East, we need each other more than ever. The fight for our democracy isn’t just about how the US functions; it’s about our mental and emotional well-being too. When we support each other, we build resilience, and together, we become stronger.
Let’s come together to heal, recharge, and rise, In a safe, private environment.
If you’re feeling the weight of the world right now, don’t carry it alone. Join the Circles of Care and let’s help each other process the anger and frustration we’re all feeling.
The groups are led by Jody and Bill who are social workers and activists themselves.
