National Voter Registration Day is a nationwide, non‑partisan effort to ensure every eligible voter can participate fully in our democracy. On September 15, the National Federation of Democratic Women encouraged members, partner organizations, and community allies to take meaningful steps to expand voter registration and civic engagement.
Purpose
National Voter Registration Day reminds us that civic participation begins with ensuring individuals are registered, informed, and empowered to vote. By taking action, we strengthen representation, elevate community voices, and support broad participation in the electoral process.
