Aurora 4th of July Parade

The Aurora Township Democrats and Kane County Democrats are excited to participate in the Aurora 4th of July Parade! 🎆
We’re looking for volunteers to help us celebrate Independence Day while connecting with the community and showing the power of grassroots involvement and civic participation.
Volunteers may help with:
- Walking in the parade
- Carrying banners or signs
- Handing out candy or giveaways
- Helping with lineup and staging
- Taking photos/video for social media
- Bringing positive energy and community spirit throughout the event
This is a fun, family-friendly opportunity to meet fellow volunteers, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the values of freedom, democracy, inclusion, and community.
Additional details including lineup location, arrival time, parking information, and attire recommendations will be shared closer to the event date.
