Join State Representative Anna Moeller, the Basics of Greater Elgin, the Gail Borden Public Library, and the Elgin Police Department for Rep. Moeller’s third annual Reading By the River Children’s Advocacy Event on Saturday, June 28th, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm in the newly renovated KidsSpace at the Gail Borden Public Library (270 N. Grove Avenue in Elgin). Storytime will be in English and Spanish. There will be popsicles, ice cream, and free books to take home.
