Environmental Town Hall
Join Rep. Anna Moeller August 19th at 7pm for a virtual town hall with the Illinois Environmental Council. This town hall will feature speakers from the Sierra Club, Conservation Foundation and MPC. Topics for the event will include: the climate, clean energy, and clean drinking water, among others. Sign up below for the virtual link.

Sometimes it’s great to just slow down, which is why you should stop by for some fresh coffee, great discussion, and shop local at The Cotton Seed Creative Exchange! The first five people to show up will receive a half pound bag of ground coffee. Hope to see you there!
In recognition of National Diaper Need Awareness Week, the office of Suzanne Ness will be collecting diapers and other baby-related items to donate to the D300 Food Pantry. They have partnered with sites throughout District 66 to ensure donation drop-offs are convenient for residents. Please see a full list of donation drop-off locations below.

Join us for an uplifting event celebrating the LGBTQ+ community both at large and within Illinois’ Sixth Congressional district. The Congressman will be joined on the panel by Ken Mejia-Beal, Rev. Andi Voinovich of First United Methodist Church Downers Grove, and Mony Ruiz-Velasco, Deputy Director of Equality Illinois. The panelists will be discussing the important contributions of the LGBTQ+ community as well as the issues that need to be addressed at the state and federal level. The discussion will be followed by a brief Q&A.
